Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information 360XCEL collects on 360xcel.com, how we use it for POS, energy, AI, and robotics inquiries, and the choices you have.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to 360xcel.com, emails to support@360xcel.com, and project briefs submitted through our contact form. It does not replace privacy terms in a signed customer contract, which may add or modify rules for that engagement.

360XCEL provides commercial technology services (POS, solar and battery storage, AI, robotics, and integration). We are not a consumer social network and we do not sell personal information.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details — name, work email, company name, and message content from the brief form or email.
  • Project context — sites, timelines, pillars of interest (POS, energy, AI, robotics), and constraints you choose to share.
  • Careers — CV and application details you email when applying for open roles.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate timestamps.
  • Cookies / similar tech — session cookies needed for security (for example CSRF protection on forms) and any analytics cookies we enable, as described below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data through the public website. Please do not submit government ID numbers, payment card data, or health information in the contact form.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to project briefs and schedule discovery calls.
  • Evaluate fit across POS, energy, AI, robotics, or integration work.
  • Operate, secure, and improve 360xcel.com.
  • Process career applications and communicate with candidates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
  • Send follow-up related to your inquiry (we do not use your brief to run unrelated marketing lists without a lawful basis and a clear opt-out where required).

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery, security, and analytics vendors who process data on our instructions.
  • Professional advisors — legal or accounting counsel when reasonably needed.
  • Business transfers — if we reorganize, merge, or sell assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction under continued confidentiality expectations.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support form security and session integrity. Without them, the contact form may not work reliably.

If we use analytics tools, they help us understand aggregate traffic (which pages are read, approximate geography at a high level, device class). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active relationship, meet legal and accounting needs, and resolve disputes. Career materials are retained for the hiring cycle and a reasonable period afterward unless you ask us to delete them and we are not required to keep them.

Server logs are typically rotated on a shorter schedule unless needed for security investigation.

7. Security

We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to a commercial website and inbound sales workflow — including HTTPS, security headers, CSRF tokens on forms, and access limited to people who need to handle briefs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if you believe there has been unauthorized access involving 360XCEL, email support@360xcel.com promptly.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise a request, email support@360xcel.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share” toggle at this time; if that changes, we will update this policy and the site.

9. Children

360xcel.com is directed to business professionals and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact support@360xcel.com and we will delete it.

10. United States focus and international visitors

Our operations and primary audience are United States–facing. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our providers operate. By using the site, you understand that U.S. law may differ from the law where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The Effective date at the top will change when we publish revisions. Material changes that affect how we handle personal information will be reflected on this page.
